Pick an exercise. Prop up the phone. Turn the sound on. Move.
Programmes
Exercises bundled for a condition, with the numbers set the way a physio would start. Copy one and change it, or build your own.

Nothing by that name yet.
Wall sit
A draft from the builder, here for a trial run.
The camera starts the set. Nothing leaves this device.
Set up
- Place the phone.
- Get into position.
- Then just move. The set starts as soon as the camera does. The coach waits until it can see you are set, says one thing at a time, and counts for you.

The numbers
Every number, and the phone
This exercise
The numbers this exercise is judged by. The Review page tunes them against recordings.
The coach and the phone
Nearly every phone hands over the picture the way you are holding it, so leave the turn alone. If a standing exercise still comes up wide with the phone upright, try Flip camera first. The full pose model is the steadier read, and steadier readings are what stop a cue firing on nothing.
Wall sit
The camera never leaves this device.
Settings
Every number this exercise is judged by is on its page, under “Every number, and the phone”. The model’s points are a review aid: all thirty-three, each in the colour of how sure the model is of it, with a table of the joints left against right; they go into the film too.
